Hello, my name is Madelyn Onuschak, and I am originally from Lancaster, PA. I moved to the Wilmington area after graduating from Lebanon Valley College.
I found my passion for fitness during high school when I wanted to make a beneficial change in my health. I started applying myself to exercise routines and made an effort to get outside and be more active. This greatly impacted my life as a means of staying healthy, as well as improving my mental health. Once I saw firsthand how the benefits of exercising positively impacted my life, I knew I wanted to help others achieve their fitness goals. To this day I still make an effort to stay active outdoors such as hiking, biking, and paintballing.
My main focus is on strength training, mobility, and being a motivating figure for others. It can be challenging to stick with a program, but having someone there to guide you and help you set attainable goals can make a big impact. Helping someone achieve their fitness goals and become stronger is such a rewarding feeling. My favorite part about working in the fitness industry is that no two people are exactly the same. Having a wide range of clients means I can tailor an exercise program that is unique to everyone, and make a real difference in their lives.

As a dedicated fitness trainer, I find immense joy in guiding my clients through their fitness journeys. Each session and training plan is meticulously crafted to align with their specific goals, whether it’s shedding a few pounds, gaining muscle, or simply improving overall wellness, I am committed to helping each individual surpass their goals and aim to meet their needs and preferences, ensuring each workout is both effective and enjoyable. My approach blends motivation with scientifically backed methods, ensuring every session is not only effective but also educational.
Throughout my journey thus far, I have achieved milestones that reflect my passion for health and fitness. I am getting ready to graduate with my bachelors degree in exercise science and a minor in nutrition. I am also certified by the NSCA as both a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

Through years of personal experience and valuable guidance from others, I transitioned into a career as a fitness trainer. As I immersed myself in the industry, I realized that not only could I make a living out of it, but I could also find immense joy and satisfaction in helping others achieve their fitness goals. Guiding clients and witnessing their progress brings me immense satisfaction.
